End of Support for Using Roland/BOSS Products with Windows 10
Microsoft has announced that support for Windows 10 will end on October 14, 2025. *Announcement from Microsoft
After this date, Microsoft no longer provides software updates, security fixes, or technical assistance to Windows 10 PCs.
Following this announcement, Roland will no longer be able to guarantee the proper operation of our products when used with Windows 10. Accordingly, all related support services will be discontinued as of October 14, 2025.
Support Discontinuation Details
We will no longer provide support for the use of Roland products with Windows 10 or earlier operating systems. This includes:
- Provision and updates of drivers
- Operational guarantees
- Assistance regarding product usage or troubleshooting

Additional Information
Roland will continue to provide downloadable files for Windows 10 for the time being. However, please note that we will be unable to offer support related to download issues, installation procedures, or operational guarantees.
