Bug Fixes
The following bugs were fixed.
  • A portion of the application’s display sometimes remains if the VC-1 is detached while the application is running.
  • When the VC-1 is disconnected and reconnected after opening or closing the update dialog, two instances of the VC-1 are displayed in the device list.
  • In Mac OS X v10.7, communication with the VC-1 sometimes fails.

Downloading and unarchiving the compressed file
  1. Read the software license agreement at the bottom of the screen and select the “I agree” check box.
  2. Click the “Download File” button to download the “vc1_rcs_m1240.zip”.
  3. Double-click the downloaded zipped file to unzip it.
    The “Roland_VC-1_RCS.dmg” appears.

How to Install
  1. Double-click “Roland_VC-1_RCS.dmg”.
  2. Drag “VC-1 RCS” and drop it into the Applications folder.
  3. Open the Launchpad or Applications folder and confirm that the “VC-1 RCS” icon is there.
  4. Drag “VC-1 RCS” on the desktop and drop it into the Trash in the Dock.
